Wired smoke detectors
With a wired smoke detector, there are no batteries to replace — so it never stops functioning when you need it most.
Unlike standalone battery smoke alarms, a wired smoke detector is integrated directly into your alarm system. If triggered, it activates both the internal and external sirens, alerting not just your household, but also your neighbours to the danger. This quick response can be critical in the early stages of a fire.
If your alarm system is monitored, the smoke detector can also send an immediate alert to the monitoring centre — prompting a call to the fire brigade, even if you’re not home. This feature alone can save lives, homes, and possessions.
Combined siren and strobe light
This external siren combines a high-intensity strobe lamp with a loud, high-pitched sounder, providing both audible and visual deterrents when your alarm is triggered.
